Job Description
Utilize superior analytical skills and accounting principles to deliver business intelligence on key drivers and financial performance for assigned business units. This role involves providing monthly, quarterly, and annual insights to support financial decision-making.
ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to aid business units.Prepare and review budget versus actual comparisons for responsible business units.Ensure accurate financial information by applying accounting standards.Advise management on future activities and their impact on profitability and financial objectives.Prepare and review month-end close activities, including analysis of complex financial information.Create and review journal entries that impact the financial condition.Communicate key drivers of financial performance and provide forward-looking guidance on financial trends.Oversee activities across multiple areas to ensure consistency.Upload budget to SAP (BPC module) for responsible business units, ensuring budget accuracy.Essential SkillsExpertise in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.Proficiency in budgeting, modeling, Excel, month-end processes, journal entries, SAP, and reconciling.Strong understanding of accounting standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.3-5 years of experience in Finance.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
