**_What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Finance oversees the accounting, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports.
Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads to cross-functional efforts to enable forward-looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.
**_Qualifications_**
+ 2-4 years of experience in finance or cost accounting field, preferred.
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ English: intermediate business English level, required.
+ SAP system, preferred.
+ Problem-solving person, required.
+ Accounting processes.
+ Ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams.
**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**
+ Daily management of responsibilities related to analysis and reporting of value improvement projects (VIP).
+ Daily management of responsibilities related to analysis and reporting of purchase price variance (PPV).
+ Prepare and presents analysis of manufacturing variances by cost element.
+ Support with preparation of weekly finance projections.
+ Support with monthly closing activities.
+ Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations.
+ Prepare and submit reports that are required ad hoc.
+ Participate in annual budget and quartile forecasts.
+ Work on moderate to complex requirements/analysis to mitigate risks and identify opportunities.
