Responsibilities: * Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning and business decisions * The Financial Analyst will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders * Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and KPIs * Monitor actual vs. budget/forecast variances and provide actionable insights * Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes * Conduct cost analysis and evaluate profitability of business units or projects * The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand financial impacts * Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by leadership
