Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to remotely support our enterprise storage and computer customer-based client in Spring, Texas (TX). Key Tasks: * Provides complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for the divested business unit exercising a strong understanding of the business * Consults with M&A, Controllership finance teams to take correct actions on the P&L * Analyses of P&L and Balance Sheet * Works closely with Buyer company finance team to perform extensive reconciliations of revenues, costs, as well as Balance Sheet items such as Accrued Liabilities, Unbilled Accounts Receivables, Prepaid Expenses, etc. * Analyses sub-ledger (COMPASS, SAP O&C) services projects are closed appropriately by Buyer Finance teams * Prepares monthly summaries of P&L and Balance Sheet balances at worldwide level * Prepares and books manual JE's in General Ledger * Identifies opportunities for process improvement * Represents finance of the divested business unit * Performs ad hoc financial analysis
