Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to assist in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. • Monitor financial performance against projections, identifying trends and explaining key variances. • Conduct detailed analyses of cost structures, including labor, materials, and program-specific expenditures. • Prepare monthly financial reports and performance metrics for leadership review. • Collaborate with operational teams to assess efficiency metrics and evaluate margin performance across various projects. • Support the development of pricing strategies, profitability assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for business opportunities. • Perform inventory analysis and track capital expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation. • Work closely with the accounting team during month-end close processes to validate accruals and revenue recognition. • Deliver ad hoc financial analyses to aid in decision-making across multiple organizational levels. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, with strong analytical skills. • Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel. • Ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights. • Familiarity with variance analysis and cost structure evaluation. • Experience with data mining techniques to extract meaningful information. • Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
