Jana Chapman with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, preparing valuations, and delivering insightful reports to support decision-making processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong analytical skills, and excels at both written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
• Input and analyze financial statements to produce accurate and meaningful insights.
• Develop financial models in Excel to support valuations and other financial analyses.
• Organize and maintain digital files to ensure smooth workflow and efficient access to critical documents.
• Write detailed company descriptions, economic summaries, and industry outlooks for valuation reports.
• Prepare and present projects for internal review and client discussions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, business leaders, and key management to address financial and valuation needs.
• Conduct research to support economic and industry analysis.
• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities and continuously seek innovative ways to improve processes and outcomes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in all reports and deliverables.
Salary Range:
$60,000 – $75,000 (DOE; open to lighter or stretch candidates)
Bonus: Discretionary

Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid understanding of business financial processes and statements.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute new ideas.
