Financial Analyst
Description We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis for an 8-week remote project. This role requires expertise in compensation analysis and a strong background in financial modeling, benchmarking, and market analysis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting compensation strategies and organizational decision-making. Responsibilities: • Provide expert consultation on sales and non-sales compensation matters, including job leveling and pay analysis. • Conduct thorough annual market analysis and lead job matching initiatives to ensure accurate and competitive market data. • Partner with legal teams to prepare resolutions for equity grants and address executive and equity compensation matters. • Manage global job code consolidation projects, including structural analysis, communication strategies, and implementation of updated frameworks. • Design and deliver compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, range development, and annual review processes. • Offer guidance on compensation strategies for global sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Oversee job matching processes, salary survey submissions, and compensation benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures. • Utilize financial modeling and data mining techniques to analyze variances and provide actionable insights. • Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations. • Support equity grants and executive compensation initiatives through detailed analysis and strategic planning. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, including modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Expertise in compensation analysis, benchmarking, and salary range development. • Strong knowledge of compensation laws and regulations. • Ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and job matching processes. • Proficiency in data mining techniques to derive actionable insights. • Experience with equity grants and executive compensation strategies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. • Advanced proficiency in financial tools and software.
