Description We are looking for a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to fiscal management within the dynamic healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to support budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance functions. Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage monthly reconciliations, projections, and invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Develop detailed financial status reports and assist in budgeting processes. • Perform journal entries and recharges, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and regulations. • Conduct account close-outs, verifying accuracy in revenue and cost allocations. • Monitor and maintain precision in account budgets, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly. • Utilize advanced Excel features, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, to generate and analyze financial data. • Adhere to compliance standards, including organizational circulars and policies, in all financial activities. • Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis. • Support additional financial tasks and projects as needed. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel. • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. • Knowledge of compliance standards and financial regulations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Dependable and hardworking, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
