The Financial Analyst will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and presenting operational data from a wide variety of sources to diverse audiences. SAP experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Statistics, Mathematics; 3 - 6 years of previous accounting experience highly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Communication/Language Skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to write reports, presentations, and other business correspondence and interpret requests for analytics and issue resolution. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. • Technical Competencies. Must be highly proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, and lookups. Proficiency in SAP is a plus. • Mathematical Skills. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. Strong analytical skills and capabilities to work with large quantities of complex data and draw conclusions and inferences from that work. • Reasoning Abilities. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
