System One is assisting a Tulsa manufacturing client with a search for a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. Responsibilities: + Develop the annual budgets working directly with the management team + Determine the burden rates for the various plant locations + Monthly, provide financial and operational reports and KPIs comparing them to budgeted expectations + Perform reviews of various accounts for accuracy and completeness. + Prepare journal entries as needed + Review and analyze inventory account transactions + Track and analyze capital spend amounts compared to budgets + Other miscellaneous tasks including reviewing and coding some invoices related to contract labor, ad-hoc reports, contract review on international shipments providing support where needed Requirements: + Minimum of 5 years of experience in Managerial accounting + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance + Experience with job order costing in a manufacturing environment highly preferred + Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate assumptions and conclusions + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal + Highly organized with good time management skills + Advanced in Excel and proficient with ERP systems and financial modeling tools + Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously + Strong work ethic and a great attitude Salary: $80K - $90K Ref: #208-Eng Tulsa System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
