**Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Financial Analyst** to support business projects and operational initiatives. This role involves financial planning, accounting support, cost allocation, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with internal teams and support the IQVIA Concierge Travel Services team, ensuring smooth execution of financial and operational processes. **Key Responsibilities** **Project & Operational Support** + Assist in the development of customer proposals, focusing on implementation and financial planning. + Support project execution and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. + Maintain accurate documentation of project and financial activities using SharePoint and internal systems. + Conduct periodic audits and reviews for accuracy and completeness. + Coordinate communication and documentation for customer/partnership manuals. + Set up and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, and project plans. + Identify and escalate project risks or issues affecting timelines, costs, or deliverables. + Prepare and distribute project status and financial reports. + Create presentation materials for internal and external meetings, including bid defense support. + Organize and facilitate project and customer meetings, including logistics and materials. + Provide training and orientation on internal systems to stakeholders. **Financial & Administrative Responsibilities** + Cross-charge costs to appropriate projects and cost centers in line with internal policies. + Post vouchers and journal entries to ERP systems accurately and on time. + Support accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, and month-end close processes. + Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. + Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments. + Support suppliers with payment status and documentation. + Administer corporate and virtual credit card transactions, including reconciliation and compliance monitoring. + Provide administrative support including document management, scheduling, and reporting. + Assist the IQVIA Concierge Travel Services team with travel coordination and expense tracking. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. + 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or project coordination. + Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. + Experience with SharePoint and financial reporting tools is a plus. **About IQVIA Culture** At IQVIA, we are inspired by the power of human data science to drive healthcare forward.
