This role emphasizes forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on expense oversight and audit preparation. Key Responsibilities: * Lead expense-side budgeting and forecasting activities * Develop and maintain monthly full-year forecasts to support strategic planning * Prepare annual budgets, assist with year-end close, and generate reports for audit support * Review and approve invoices, reconcile expenses, and ensure alignment with budget allocations * Analyze expense reimbursement reports and manage month-end and year-end accruals * Utilize financial systems (e.g., Concur, ERP platforms) to track and report on financial performance
