Here’s what you’d do:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis.
You’d be responsible for:
Responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Assists with the preparation of key monthly and quarterly reports such as Sales Reporting, Customer Reporting, and Labor AnalyticsProvide support in the annual budget process and monthly business reviewsIdentify trends in financial performance, risks & opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvementPrepare reports and projections based on analysisRoutine communication with all levels of the organization relating to core FP&A functions, including forecast, budget, financial close & analysis, key deliverables, strategic initiatives, and other ad hoc tasksResearch and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiriesResponsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.Commission Responsibilities:
Manage sales incentive calculation, audit, approval, and pay process for all sales incentive plansTrack and execute sales incentive guarantees, exceptions, and claw backs as necessaryAnswer questions and communicate status regarding the sales incentive process and calculation details with Human Resources, Finance, and Field Operations partnersModel existing plan design, potential design changes, and pilots for cost impacts and ROITrack and analyze sales trends & KPIs, including top performers, seller productivity, average time to first sale, etc.Support launch and maintenance of sales incentive systems and toolsServe as Human Resources financial business partner by tracking and reporting on KPIs such as safety trends, front line turnover, etc.You might be a good fit if you have:
Finance, Accounting, Business, or related Bachelor's degree1-3 years of P&L analysis experiencePrior experience with commission/incentive plans is a plusExperience in a matrix organization and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations and other financial softwarePrecise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team memberStrategic thinker Ability to influence and persuade with empirical dataHere’s what to know about working here:
