What You Will Be Doing
Principal Accountabilities
Provide business and analytics support to managementGathering and organizing financial data for reporting and analyticsDevelop and produce dynamic financial reports around key business driversGenerate metrics for the business to measure growth, profitability, expenses, efficiency and productivityDeliver accurate financial information that will enable management to make decisionsProvide daily/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting and report on variances to budget and prior periodsSupport month/quarter/year end close processesSupport internal and external audit requestsParticipate in ad hoc reporting and projects as required Work cross functionally with various teams locally and globallyHave a strong understanding of the business environmentJob Complexity
Supports the analysis and reporting on performance and results of multiple related unitsSolve problems and presents solutions with guidanceProvides analytics and offers input to management when appropriateWhat we are looking for
Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of related experience with a 4-year degreeMust be proficient in English and be able to communicate effectively (both written and spoken)Strong financial reporting and analysis skillsExpert level MS Excel SkillsHFM experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and GAAPExperience in a global or large multi-national company preferredWhat’s In It for You
