Apply now to become part of the exciting and growing field of mobility solutions. + R&D controlling for multiple Regional Business Units + Actual/Forecast/Plan budgeting, headcount planning and calculating of hourly rates in multiple systems including SAP, cost center planning tools and project planning tools + Close interaction with engineering, project management and other controlling counterparts in all areas including project tracking, budgets, headcount, and affiliate charging + Support responsible Regional Business Unit Leader with data and analysis for R&D steering + Handle all aspects of SG&A controlling for multiple Regional Business Units in the XC-NA division + Close interaction with cost center owners to analyze budgets, headcount and control costs + Complete reporting deliverables for Actual, Forecast and Plan + Special requests as needed **Qualifications** **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. + 2+ years of progressive professional experience in financial analysis, controlling, or a related finance role. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Demonstrated customer and results orientation, coupled with high efficiency and an openness to exploring new topics and methodologies. + Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. + Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling), and SAP (FI/CO modules preferred) + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences. + Strong ability to thrive and collaborate effectively within a multicultural team environment, exhibiting a clear team-player mentality. + Proven capacity to perform accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines and time pressure. **Additional Information** **Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans.** _*Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
