Position Location: Oakville, Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in office) The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: + Developing forecasts, business plans, and annual budgets with operating partners + Accounting, financial reporting, and developing/implementing financial control processes + Supporting preparation of business proposals to senior management We're searching for people who have the skills and abilities to make an immediate difference in our business. **The minimum requirements we seek:** + Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required). + Experience in developing forecasts, business plans, and annual budgets with operating partners + Understanding of financial reporting, and developing/implementing financial control processes + Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. **Our preferred requirements:** + CPA designation an asset + Related work experience is considered an asset + Clear communication and interpersonal skills We thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
