Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency and business insights through report automation monthly business review MBR preparation and forecasting support. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales FPA and Retail to deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Automate recurring reports and dashboards to streamline business performance tracking and reduce manual effort.
- Compile and deliver Monthly Business Reviews MBRs with a focus on actionable insights trends and performance drivers.
- Support forecasting processes by analyzing historical data identifying trends and partnering with stakeholders to refine assumptions.
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools using Excel and Anaplan.
- Partner with Commercial Operations and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy consistency and alignment across systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable reporting solutions.
- Support ad hoc analysis and executive reporting needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
