Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will provide critical support for lease acquisitions, dispositions, transaction projects, and account management activities. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working in finance and real estate, this position offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analyses, including cash flow projections and other modeling tasks. • Prepare comprehensive approval documents for client submissions. • Assist in creating and updating reports, presentations, and financial analyses. • Collaborate with clients and team members to address and resolve financial model issues. • Participate in regular conference calls to discuss project updates and strategies. • Generate commission invoices and track transactions using web-based tools. • Develop familiarity with building systems, real estate terminology, and lease concepts. • Enter deal information and manage activity, invoicing, and documentation in client-specific tools. • Support account management efforts to ensure seamless client service and project execution. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field with strong academic performance. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or real estate. • Certification or licensure in real estate brokerage or sales is preferred. • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with database management. • Solid understanding of real estate and lease terminology. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or collaboratively within a team.
