This role reports to the Capital COE Process Manager and plays a key role in driving investment budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across Medtronic’s Enterprise Operations. In this position, you will partner closely with operations and finance leaders across Enterprise Operations to promote consistency, accuracy, and governance across investment processes. **Key activities include:** + Lead standardized investment reporting through Power BI and promote adoption of global reporting tools and standards. + Develop and review Investment Committee (InvestCOM) materials in partnership with functional leadership and finance. + Manage Planisware forecast cycles, ensuring alignment and reconciliation with Financial Systems (OneStream). + Maintain and enhance standard templates and guidance, including the Economic Analysis Template. + Drive process governance, data integrity monitoring, and controls across investment activities. + Support global communication and training efforts for investment-related processes.
