Financial Analyst – Full-Time Engagement Professionals Practice
Robert Half’s Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) Practice is hiring Financial Analysts to join our salaried consulting team. This is a full-time, permanent role with Robert Half offering competitive salary, benefits, and diverse client exposure across industries.
As an FTEP Financial Analyst, you’ll provide critical support to clients during budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles — helping them gain insight and make smarter business decisions. Because our projects often bridge finance and accounting, this role also requires a solid foundation in debits and credits to support general ledger, reconciliations, and other accounting-related assignments.
Key Responsibilities
+ Budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
+ Financial modeling and scenario planning
+ Preparing management reports and dashboards for executive review
+ Analyzing key business drivers, KPIs, and financial performance
+ Supporting audit requests and ad-hoc reporting needs
+ Assisting on accounting-related projects including reconciliations, journal entries, and GL reviews

Requirements
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
+ 2+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience
+ Working knowledge of debits and credits and general ledger transactions
+ Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, financial modeling)
+ Experience with ERP and reporting tools (Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
