DuPont Water Solution (DWS) is looking for a Finance Analyst to work with the Water business. This position will provide financial support to global System Integrated Solution (SIS) technologies and Asia DWS leadership team.  This role will be responsible for executing SIS finance operation of SIS and controlling SIS financial activities, performing financial analysis and reporting of Asia DWS in order to support business implementing business strategy and delivering against the financial target, as well as to drive internal controls and process improvement to enable a high performing operating model.

The successful candidate is expected to have good knowledge of business financial terms, metrics and excellent analytical skills. General understanding of business functions, processes and operations as well as of the customers, products and markets is required. This position also requires interface with a wide range of stakeholders, such as Commercial, SIS Project Engineering and Management, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Controllership, Internal Audit and Credit teams, etc.

Typical duties of this position include:

Executing finance operation of SIS projects in SAPWork with SIS Project Engineers and Managers in initiating, tracking and controlling the SIS projects.Prepares and compiles annual Project Objectives (PO) and long-term planning for SISDemonstrate full understanding of financial statement flow, analyze and interpret historical results, and perform financial analysis to support strategic planning, pricing, competitive gainshare, customer project, and management cost decisions.Through analysis, provide insights and proposals to the business team, enabling the optimization of P&L and Cash results, short and medium-term.Ensure integrity, accuracy, and appropriate use of financial data and management reporting. Collaborate with business partners to deliver accurate and timely results, including relevant variance explanationsLead cost center owners with on-going analysis and control of expensesEnsure adherence to internal control requirement and financial policies within the business, based on corporate guidance and business strategies (including SOX compliance for business finance processes).Assist on ad-hoc project support, financial analysis and reports as requested

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceDemonstrated financial acumen and strong analytical competencyAbility to balance multiple and conflicting priorities, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality of work, and meeting internal control and SOX complianceStrong communication and global collaboration skills.Comfort in a visible, fast-paced, dynamic/uncertain business environmentStrong skill set in Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and Business WarehouseStrong critical thinking and analytical skills to engage and develop solutionsCapable of networking with key contacts, including Business Leadership, Supply Chain, Operation team, Project Engineering and Management team, Regional and Global Finance teamsBusiness acumen
