Delivers quality analysis to all levels of management for decision making purposes. Guides the Analysis, investigation and resolution of the monthly results and variances. Maintains key financial relationships with all levels of management including directly supporting director level requirements. Leads a variety of ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities:
Provide commercial finance support to sub-regional Sales Teams; analyze monthly results and comment on variances; help to prepare key management reportsDrive revenue, define targets and various other metrics and KPIsAnalyze historical data and market trends, come up with useful insights and recommendationsIdentify financial risks and opportunities within the quarter, and contribute to the quarterly forecast processClosely collaborate with other functions within company as a Finance contact; support the Zebra LA business growthRecommend, drive, and implement process improvements continually; standardize processes globally; promote usage of the latest technologiesLead ad-hoc projects and develop financial reportingLiaise with department managers and effectively communicate financial analysisDesign and production of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanationsBusiness Partnering advisory support to specific business functionsActs as finance contact for function by providing in depth knowledge of functionCoaches less senior analysts; serves as the subject matter expert on updating standards and regulations into ongoing process stepsReview and document current business processes and create process improvement recommendations for implementationPerform other duties as may be reasonably assigned within the jobholder's capability
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics is required; 2-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance; previous experience from international corporations is advantageProven experience in commercial finance, with a strong focus on financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning,Good communication skills, including excellent English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Portuguese is advantage  

Preferred Qualifications:

High degree of accuracy, ability to prioritize effectively, good problem-solving skills, able to work independently and under pressure and to coordinate multiple requests simultaneously; proven track of innovation results is advantageStrong Excel skills, knowledge of Oracle or Microsoft PowerBI is advantage
