We ensure alignment with the company’s broader goals of profitable growth, brand strength, and operational efficiency. This team plays a central role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics, working closely with business analysts, accounting teams, and cross-functional partners across the organization. By enabling data-driven decision-making, the team ensures disciplined financial management and supports key initiatives across both brands. As a Financial Analyst, you will be crucial to the Brand Finance team’s success in delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and support for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. You will handle financial reporting (standard and ad hoc), journal entries, accruals, and support monthly close processes, all of which are vital to maintaining fiscal accuracy and operational transparency. Your work will enable business partners to make informed decisions, improve planning accuracy, and uphold financial integrity across both brands. **What you'll do:** • Financial Reporting: Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports to support brand and department needs. • Month-End Close: Support financial close processes, including journal preparation, accruals, and reconciliations. • Forecasting Support: Assist with periodic forecasting and budgeting processes for marketing and overhead cost centers. • Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods. • Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across systems and reports. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and cross-functional teams to consolidate and analyze financial inputs. • Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and analytics. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards. • Systems Support: Utilize ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP) to extract and analyze data. • Ad Hoc Projects: Provide financial insights and modeling support for ad hoc initiatives and special projects. Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. Measures of Success • Timeliness of Reporting: All standard financial reports delivered by agreed deadlines. Target: 100% on-time delivery. • Close Accuracy: Journal entries and reconciliations completed without material errors. Target: 98% accuracy rate per month. • Forecasting Support: Contributions to forecast and budget cycles submitted with high accuracy and limited revisions. Target: Less than 5% variance post-submission. **What you'll bring:** • Financial Systems Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SAP or similar systems. • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and variance analysis. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize large datasets and draw clear, actionable insights. • Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
