**About the role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our FP&A team, supporting Payroll Planning & Control. In this role, you will be creating, accessing, and critically analyzing financial data. You will work closely with several different business stakeholders (finance and non-finance), and you will be essential to translating complex data into simple and understandable recommendations.
**What you'll do:**
• Perform analysis for actuals and forecasts, assessing KPIs (cost per head development, hirings, turnover, FTE growth, risks, and opportunities), collect and provide insightful commentary.
• Monitoring and control of temporary spend for HQ – accruals, invoice allocation, and reporting.
• Support the budgeting and reforecasting process for payroll planning and headcount management across the region through prioritization of investments and cost optimization.
• Closely work with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Business Controllers through strong and trusted relationships and support decision-making with financial implications.
• Support in the implementation of automation and initiatives to improve processes through dashboards, reports, and systems.
• Support with deep dives, presentations to management, and ad-hoc requests.
**What you'll bring?**
• University degree in Finance/ Business Administration
• Experience in a professional Corporate environment +5 Years
• Proven experience in business analysis, cost modeling, and accounting for several years
• Previous experience as a Payroll Analyst/Controller is preferred
• Pragmatic with a can-do mindset
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Team player, positive attitude, willingness to learn
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and SAP, and PowerPoint preferred
