Ecolab has an opening for a Financial Analysis Manager I, in our EcoSure division, based in Naperville, IL. This position will serve as a key financial advisor and value-added business partner to the Controller – EcoSure. This position will lead our commercial finance efforts being the primary business partner with the CAM leadership team. This position will work closely with corporate accounts, marketing, operations, and other internal departments to support the business.
What You Will Do:
Serve as primary operating partner to the Controller, understanding and driving key elements of the business to achieve financial goals.Responsible for driving key initiatives in the business including pricing, margin improvement projects and process simplification.Provide financial support in the areas of monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial reporting.Serve as primary business partner to Corporate Accounts leadership team.Provide leadership to the Corporate Accounts Finance team which is responsible for preparing P&L’s and financial analysis for new business proposals as well as ensuring customer proposals are meeting the sales and profitability targets and expectations set forth by Division.Management and professional development of associates on the team.Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to internal and external customers as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field5 years of experience in finance and/or accountingImmigration sponsorship not available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA and/or CPAStrong commercial acumen and influencing skills – ability to disseminate complex financial and performance information to a variety of audiences, including Senior Leadership teamProject management experience – ability to drive a continuous process improvement mindset, foster innovative ideas, and successfully implement key business initiativesSupervisory experienceStrong problem solving, analytic, and critical thinking skillsResult oriented; proactive; and possesses a high level of integrityAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
