POSITION SUMMARY
The primary function of this role is to support the Accredo Shared Services, Supply Chain, and Solutions organizations through financial reporting and analysis of expenses and client margins. The position will own all business finance and FP&A functions for Accredo’s Direct clients. This role will have significant interaction with the ESI PBM finance teams, Accredo and Evernorth leadership, ESI and Accredo Underwriting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Compile quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
Perform monthly close functions including journal entries, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Utilizing operational metrics and trend analysis, provide guidance to business leaders on expense risks and opportunities.
Report and present findings/analysis to Vice Presidents and Senior Directors on a regular basis.
Drive efficiencies in production tasks by enhancing and automating existing reporting.
Collaborate with business partners throughout the Evernorth Finance and Accredo Leadership teams on cost analysis projects and modeling.
Other ad hoc projects/requests as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field required; CPA or MBA a plus
3+ years of relevant experience (preferably in Finance/Accounting function with some Healthcare experience)
Hyperion Essbase/Smartview experience preferred
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Understanding of financial reporting/analysis
Ability to present complex information in a way that is easy to understand
Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and have a service oriented approach
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,300 - 158,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
