Summary: The Rebate Forecasting & Analytics Advisor will perform a range of tasks and analysis in support of rebate modeling and value tracking.
Responsibilities:
Financial analytic support- provide analytic support for key strategic Supply Chain, Product, and Finance initiatives
Rebate performance tracking- maintain and update the financial value associated with key strategic initiatives
Rebate reporting- create, maintain, and distribute macro/micro level rebate reporting
Work cross functionally to ensure alignment on rates and value
Maintain rates in the rebate model
Ad hoc analysis, special projects, and reporting as needed
Lead and/or assist in documenting best practices/SOPs for rebate modeling procedures
Work cross functionally to align on rebate rate strategy and intent
Manage tracking and entry of negotiated rates.
Qualifications:
Ability to work cross-functionally to collect information and resolve issues
Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions
Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, remain focused and execute work with minimal supervision, able to multi-task effectively.
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Offices skills (Word, Excel,), general technical proficiency in other office related tools
SQL experience a plus
Excellent quantitative skills and ability to perform mathematical analysis and advanced problem solving.
