As a Financial Aid Coordinator at UTI, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role supporting students on their journey to success ðŸš€.
You’ll keep things running smoothly by handling important paperwork, following processes, and making sure everything is done right — one step at a time. If you're patient, focused, and love helping others succeed, we want you on our team!

Become the Welcoming Hub: You'll be the friendly face managing our Financial Aid reception, ensuring students feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.Keep the Flow Going: Be the master of time, swiftly notifying our team when students arrive for their crucial appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Command the Communication Center: Take charge of our bustling multi-line phone system, becoming the voice of our department, expertly directing calls and providing helpful information.Orchestrate the Mail Mastery: Take ownership of our mail system, ensuring every piece is processed with precision and delivered to the right hands, keeping our department running like a well-oiled machine.Embrace the Dynamic Day: Dive into a variety of administrative tasks, each contributing to the seamless operation of our Financial Aid team, ensuring our students get the help they need. Education/Experience: Your Journey Starts Here!

Foundation for Success: A high school diploma or GED is your stepping stone to a rewarding career with us.Your Customer Service Superpower: Bring your one year (or more!) of customer service experience and put your people skills to work.Bonus Points: Phone Pro!: Prior experience with multi-line phone systems?
