As a Financial Advisor on the Legacy Transition Team in the Wealth Advice Center (WAC), you will guide beneficiaries through the complex process of estate settlement and asset transfer. You will be tasked with facilitating a smooth distribution of wealth according to the decedents' wishes while offering peace of mind during a challenging time, preserving both financial and emotional well-being for all involved. If you excel at fostering meaningful connections, demonstrating empathy, and achieving measurable results, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you!
We are looking for someone who can:
• Build and deepen relationships by providing exceptional wealth management services and solutions helping retain assets and drive various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC’s growth plan
• Continue a successful career in a growing wealth management business with strong earning potential and career advancement
• Accept referrals from other lines of business, owning all appointments and outreaches assigned in an effort to deliver financial advice, guidance and a white glove experience
• Use our financial planning tools to gain a full understanding of our clients’ situation and present all appropriate solutions
• Understand and adhere to compliance and operational procedures and requirements
• Develop professionally through ongoing wealth management training led by a team of experienced professionals, internal business partners across UBS, and external partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to address beneficiary concerns and deliver tailored solutions
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our values and vision are effectively communicated to the public
• Manage timelines and resources effectively to deliver high-quality results
• Promote a culture of excellence
