We are seeking a Financial Coach for a contract to hire opportunity in Minneapolis, MN. Through tailored solutions, they address a wide range of financial needs to ensure our clients are informed, confident, and empowered to make critical decisions about their money. Job Responsibilities: + Client Coaching: Work one-on-one with clients to assess their financial situations, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for achieving short- and long-term financial goals. + Education: Simplify complex financial concepts and provide educational tools and techniques that clients can use to manage their finances effectively. + Budgets and Debt Management: Offer guidance in creating personalized budgets, managing debt, and building pathways toward financial freedom. + Savings and Investments: Collaborate with clients to design savings plans and introduce fundamental investment concepts tailored to their financial goals and risk tolerance. + Tracking Progress: Monitor client progress, provide encouragement along the way, and make adjustments to their financial plans as needed. + Workshops: Lead group workshops and seminars on financial literacy to promote broader community impact. + Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and company standards in client interactions. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field (preferred). + Certification as a financial coach, financial counselor, or similar accreditation strongly preferred. + Experience in financial services or coaching; a track record of driving client success is a plus. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting relationships with clients. + Familiarity with financial planning tools and technologies. + Passion for education and empowering others.
