Financial Admin
As a Financial Admin you are playing a pivotal role in driving outstanding financial performance through commercial expertise in handling product and system business and increasing efficiency through automation. Additionally, you are providing reliable support for our stakeholders. From ensuring the smooth functioning of automated offer and order processes to monitoring our digital selling platforms, you are a central part in maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional service to our customers. When challenges arise, you be the first to jump in, working closely with relevant stakeholders (e.g. our IT team) to swiftly resolve any issues and ensure minimal disruption to our operations. Your proactive approach to problem-solving is invaluable in keeping our business running smoothly, while your support for different regions and initiatives to drive improvement is essential to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer and Order Process Oversight: Manage and ensure the efficient functioning of automated offer and order processes and maintain customer master data. Administrative Support: Oversee an array of administrative tasks, especially those associated with commercial operations. Stakeholder Support: Provide dependable assistance to stakeholders involved in offer and order procedures.Platform Monitoring: Regularly monitor digital selling platforms to optimize their performance. Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Swiftly address any challenges that may arise, collaborating closely with various stakeholders (e.g. IT). Record Keeping and Customer Service: Maintain precise records that are crucial for offer and order management, while also delivering outstanding service to customers throughout this process. Proactive Improvement Initiatives: Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving and actively back initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement.
You’ll win us over by:
Professional experience: Relevant working experience, preferably from a complex, international organization. Documented experience from E-Business and Commercial Order Management would be highly desirable.

We expect you to be fluent in Norwegian, and have excellent English skills.
