At our headquarters in Lippstadt, you will be part of the Financial Accounting team and responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, German GAAP (HGB), and tax regulations.

Performing analyses, evaluations, and account reconciliations, and ensuring the accurate representation of business transactionsCollaborating with the team on global strategic accounting projects, such as automation, digitalization, and harmonization of business processes within accountingContinuously improving accounting processes to ensure reporting quality and supporting their global rolloutActing as the central point of contact for internal and external auditsSupporting the compliance governance structure in GermanyDriving harmonization, digitalization, and standardization initiatives within Financial AccountingMaintaining regular communication and close collaboration with colleagues in Financial Accounting at our international European locationsManaging accounting-related projects, with a particular focus on centralization topics
