Within the framework of Financial Accounting Policy of China and corporate internal accounting system, effectively direct the financial accounting team to manage regular accounting activities and monitor financial performance, to ensure compliance to corporate financial system

根据中国财务会计制度与公司内部会计制度，有效领导财务会计团队，管理日常会计活动，并指导与管理财务工作，确保符合公司财务系统。

Accountabilities 关键职责

\n

· Participate in development of corporate general ledger management policy, and prepare nationalgeneral ledger

\n

· 参与制定公司总帐管理制度，编制全国总帐

\n

· Manage and maintain accounting systems – AR, AP & GL accounting transactions

\n

· 管理并维护会计系统—应收账款、应付账款以及总账会计交易

\n

· Participate in establishment of effective and efficient financial systems, policies and procedures

\n

· 参与总部建立高效与有效的财务系统、政策及程序

\n

· Constantly review and participate in improvement of financial practices, procedures, processes and policies

\n

· 不断审核并参与改善财务惯例、程序、流程与政策

\n

· Provide national accounts payable and accounts receivable managing report.

\n

· 提供全国应付帐款和应收账款相关管理报告

\n

· Participate in developing, implement, maintain and review financial controls in order to attain accurate and complete financial information

\n

· 参与改善、执行、维护并审核财务控制，保证准确且完整的财务信息

\n

· Timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly and annual reports of area and provide relevant financial information

\n

· 及时准确完成月度、旬度及年度报告，并提供相关的财务信息

Skills / Qualifications 技能要求与任职资格

\n

· Bachelor Degree in Economics / Accounting / Finance or equivalent

\n

· 经济学/会计/财务或相关专业学士学位

\n

· Professional qualification is preferred, e.g. CPA, ACCA

\n

· 专业资格优先，如CPA、ACCA

\n

· 5 years or above financial/accounting experience and at least 3 years management experience of group corporation

\n

· 5年以上财务或相关工作经历，至少有3年集团公司管理经验

\n

· Overall-knowledge of company business operation process

\n

· 全面了解并熟悉公司的各业务操作环节

\n

· Overall-knowledge and master of company’s financial accounting relative systems

\n

· 全面了解并熟悉公司内部与财务会计工作相关的各类系统
