About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Accountant.
This role is for skilled professionals with experience in public accounting. The candidate would be providing support in financial accounting domain to multiple lines of business & control functions and would be communicating frequently with mid to senior level stakeholders throughout the organization. The candidate would be expected to perform varied accounting functions, incl. reconciliations of associated ledger accounts used in preparing & presentation of financial statements and reports.

Qualified CA/CPA/CFA/ICWA/MBA/Bachelor’s/ Post graduate up to 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Business AdministrationAbility to work in changing priorities and deadlines both independently and within team environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to perform complex analyses, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations to business leadersPrioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlinesAdvanced knowledge of Excel, Power point.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniquesAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantBuilding relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders in the applicable line of business and IT functions related to assigned projects.Experience with data analytic tools (such as Essbase, Tableau, SAS, SQL)Advance knowledge of Excel, Alteryx or similar ETL platforms.Financial services industry expertise with specific experience in financial reporting as per US GAAP would be preferred.
