This role is key to aligning business strategy with financial commitments and driving continuous improvement across the region. **Key Responsibilities** + Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Operations to align GTM strategy with financial planning. + Lead forecasting cycles for Sales, Margin, and Accounts Receivable (AR). + Analyze internal and external data to generate actionable recommendations. + Support S&OP processes and participate in regional demand planning calls. + Deliver weekly flash reports with performance storytelling for business leaders. + Monitor and improve AR metrics, including DSO and Past Due performance. + Conduct root-cause analysis and propose corrective actions for forecast variances. + Maintain accruals and perform balance sheet reconciliations. + Drive process standardization, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives. + Contribute to TEOAF maturity and BPI survey goals. **Requirements** Must-Have Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. + 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or related roles. + Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting and variance analysis. + Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TED,). + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. + Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, and Operations.
