Our Finance Transformation & ERP Team’s mission is to help organizations reimagine and transform the way they work leveraging technology through a holistic, business-led approach that delivers tangible benefits and value. We deliver differentiated, integrated services supported by our Technology, Change Management, Operations, and Tax & IFRS colleagues. Together, we help clients achieve digitally-enabled, strategic transformations in their operations. 

Due to the continuous growth of our Finance Transformation & ERP Team and consistently high demand for business transformation, applications-related consulting services, we are looking for Finance Transformation Experienced Consultant to join our firm.

Navigate through fast-paced and dynamic projectsParticipate in challenging client facing engagements and initiatives and support the preparation of proposals, project deliverables, reports and presentationsUnderstand the impact of digital technologies and support clients in modernizing their finance functionsDemonstrate practical expertise in the topics of a CFO’s agenda (finance processes best practices, performance monitoring, planning and budgeting, management and statutory reporting including consolidation)Work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to executionActively participate in client discussions and meetingsCollaborate in a team-oriented environment, supervise and coach junior team members, support knowledge sharing, contribute to building a high performing team culturePursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of your comfort zone.

Experience in Financial reporting, including analysis and redesign of chart of accounts, financial statements, management reporting and financial reporting standards (e.g. IFRS)Experience in Consolidation and Reporting tools (i.e. Oracle HFM, SAP BPC)Experience or understanding of the Accounting cycle and relevant processesExperience in documentation of business requirements in relation to the implementation of a system will be highly appreciated3 to 6 years of experience with finance functionsFinance and management consulting experience will be regarded positivelyBachelor or master degree from a leading local or overseas universityA relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA) will be regarded positivelyStrong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skillsCommunication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in EnglishA confident and positive attitude and passion for providing excellent quality work, building relationships, working in diverse teams and continuous learning.
