Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Systems and Training Manager, the Finance Training Consultant is responsible to respond to tickets/phone calls related to Finance Banner & Minerva inquiries and Accounts Payable requests, provide training to the Finance user community and maintain all Financial Services’ documentation relating to the website, knowledge base and How To’s.

Knowledge of the Financial Information System (Minerva/Banner). Experience in training and making presentations to groups or individuals. Must be service-oriented and able to troubleshoot/resolve users’ difficulties and problems. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills in English, spoken and written. French, spoken and read. Demonstrated ability to work in a PC environment using a variety of software such as, Jira, Microsoft Office, SnagIt, Captivate, Adobe Professional, WMS, including a working knowledge of Crystal Reports, Jira, Confluence.
