Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Operation Controller trainee will support operations control team on securing plant controlling basiscs and providing a consolidated view of the operational performance. The main missions of the role are to :

 

Ensure all financial related procedures and tools are implemented and followedEnsure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures (product flow, inventory, routings,…) and internal control basicsEnsure consistency and standardization of controlling processes within the divisionAlert in case of discrepancies

 

Provide industrial financial communication & recommandation towards the management, especially Operation ManagerSupport the coordination of financial forecasting process for plants (budget, periodic forecasts, Mid Term Plan)Support on tasks related to month end closingProvide a consolidated view of operations results and communicate it to the division (non quality costs, inventories…)Support and assist on analyze the variances between the forecasted and actual resultsDetermine and ensure the follow up and monitor the consolidated margin per program in liaise with program controlling – actual pEnsure the consistency between production indicators and financial reporting

The ideal candidate will have/be:
