Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A budget (Prints and Advertising) and actual expensesCollaboration in the reporting to Head Office, running reports and analysing the data with SAP and other systemsAssist with month-end/quarter-end processesReview of expense reports using the tool CONCURSupervision of invoices accountingFollow up of AP (Accounts Payable) and AR (Accounts Receivable) outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analysis of KPIsAssist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title auditsCustomer and vendor balances reconciliationAssist with any other ad hoc projects

Qualifications"Contrato de Praticas": University studies must have been finished less than 3 years ago University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics (University Diploma or Certificate will be requested)Fluent in Spanish & English Good track record as a team playerAbility to cope in a fast, dynamic environmentWillingness to work flexible hours with tight deadlinesWillingness to learn and can-do attitudeAbility to self-motivate and a drive to deliverWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Written and verbal communication skills, and ability to analyse and present financial dataKeen interest in film & the entertainment industry
