Finance Trainee to be recognized as a trusted finance team member. This role supports and participate in training and development activities for the Finance Team.

Our internships are an excellent opportunity to gain experience and practical knowledge in the field of Hotel finance. These internships allow interested individuals to apply their theoretical knowledge in real situations and learn alongside professionals in the financial sector at the Hotels.

What are we looking for?

\n\nAbility to analyze financial information from many sources.\nStrong problem solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate\nAbility to proactively identify and prevent potential problems\nAbility to help develop problem solving skills among direct reports and other team members as appropriate\nAbility to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for team to fulfill responsibilities\nDetail oriented and organized\nAbility to develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of hotel.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills \nProficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required\n\n

Additional Preferences:

\n\nUniversity Student enabled to undertake university internships as part of the programs in Accounting, Finance, Tourism o other related areas.\nAdmission modality will be like of University Internships for the student at the Hotel. Duration 6 months.\n\n
