Your Opportunity
As a Finance Employee, you will be responsible for working with the finance, audit, compliance, and other departments of selected Roche affiliates. In this position you will focus on:
Verifying financial documents and transactions
Handling integration processes between financial systems such as Concur and SAP
Supporting the preparation of financial reports and training material where required on a periodic basis
Working collaboratively with the team to identify opportunities to improve financial documentation and processes (e.g., review manuals, coding reasons for adjustments, etc.)
Taking responsibility for assessing the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions in accordance with the Company's Policies, Procedures, and External regulatory requirements
Participating in finance programs, projects, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor/HOD
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:
At least 3 year of experience in a relevant position in the field of Finance/Accounting
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Good administrative & communication skills
High commitment to maintain / improve service levels
Open mindset and customer focus
Proficiency in English
Desirable:
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
Experience in SAP / Concur system
