**Job Description**
**Turner & Townsend** is seeking an experienced **Finance Systems Support Analyst** to ensure the efficient and effective operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across our North America business. The Systems Support Analyst will become a Subject Matter Expert, responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting these systems to support business operations and finance.
***** Working in-person from our Atlanta office is required a minimum of two days per week. *****
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide technical support to all finance and operational users to resolve system issues.
+ Respond to queries raised in our D365 helpdesk, handling a range of issues related to project management, setup, purchase to pay, client invoicing, intercompany transactions, and purchase orders.
+ Research and recommend solutions to problems raised by users.
+ Provide one-on-one or small group coaching to select user groups.
+ Report and investigate bugs and incidents.
+ Maintain and update training materials on the D365 Hub and hold training sessions for end-users.
+ Support hyper care for new entities transitioning to D365 in the region.
+ Perform allocated system admin tasks.
+ Test approved configuration changes within test environments for production readiness.
+ Develop, implement, and review financial systems procedures and reporting to ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency, and system integrity.
+ Suggest & support process improvement within financial systems by monitoring risks and problem areas, proposing corrective actions considering broad business requirements.
+ Provide support on projects to integrate other systems across the company.
+ Liaise with the Group D365 Support team.
+ Perform other duties as required.
+ SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
+ Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
+ Strong understanding of business systems and operational processes.
+ Clear and confident communicator, capable of coaching operational users through D365 processes.
+ Strong customer focus with a track record of supporting demanding users and senior stakeholders.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
+ Quick learner with an analytical mindset and the ability to break down and interpret complex information.
+ Experience in project management and procurement processes is considered an advantage
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Strong technical foundation with a superior understanding of computer and networking hardware and software systems.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.
+ Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
+ Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
