Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:
We, at Flywire, are seeking a US-based Financial Systems Analyst to support our accounting and finance teams and the use of our corporate systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge of ERP systems, a background in accounting, and good interpersonal and communications skills.
Support Finance Team in their use of finance software tools – NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, FloQast, Expensify, and Approve.com - including troubleshooting errors and developing requests for searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboardsManage incoming Jira tickets - evaluate, prioritize and assign as neededTroubleshoot user issues across all financial systemsMaintain user access and key system dataDevelop comprehensive testing process for Netsuite system updates and changes to configurations by identifying test criteria, developing test scripts and documenting resultsProvide training to end usersDocument existing processes – develop library of “how to” documents and update processes when changes are madeMaintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality and customizations, evaluate new features as they are announced.Assist in development of Excel based templates to automate data preparation to upload into various systemsQualificationsHere’s What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or Information Technology2-3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or equivalent1-2 years in administrator role for NetSuite or other ERP systemsExperience with the following systems is a plus: Expensify, Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, FloQast, Approve.comExperience working in multi subsidiary and currency environmentProven problem-solving, analytical and investigative skillsExperience supporting a distributed Finance and Accounting team across time zones and countriesExcellent understanding of Finance/Accounting processesWorking knowledge of .csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analyticsAdvanced Data Analysis with Excel such as v-lookups and pivot tablesBasic understanding of SOX compliance and internal controlsExcellent interpersonal skillsPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize and drive results in a deadline driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracyTechnologies We Use:
