Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.\n \nFinance System Administrator - Mexico City \n \nWhy We Have This Role\n \nThe Finance Systems Administrator III plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of Qualtrics' financial systems, with a primary focus on the administration of Coupa and Concur. This position is essential for supporting initiatives around our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), expense tracking, and procure-to-pay systems. Under IT Systems, you will collaborate closely with the global teams to drive impactful enhancements that support overall financial strategy.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nBeing an effective critical thinker, problem solver, and troubleshooter.\nCollaborating effectively with teams across different functions.\nDemonstrating self-motivation and initiative.\nEmbracing continuous challenges and adapting to new technologies.\nExcelling at multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities.\nContributing to strategic initiatives and system roadmaps.\nOwning and improving internal team processes.\nThriving in ambiguity to dynamically adapt to business needs.\nDocumenting procedures, policies, and systems.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nTaking on increasing responsibilities as part of a growing team.\nDeveloping a career in finance systems and gaining valuable technical expertise for multiple platforms.\nEnhancing system administration, troubleshooting, and configuration skills.\nGaining skills in collaborating across teams and departments to drive impact.\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\nServing as a subject matter expert in finance systems such as Coupa and Concur, providing advanced technical expertise and administering & governing finance systems.\nProviding support for end-user initiatives, troubleshooting, configuration, and user provisioning efforts.\nUnderstanding finance-related workflows, optimizing productivity and compliance through innovative processes.\nDocumenting and maintaining comprehensive procedures, policies, and systems.\nEstablishing and maintaining governance best practices to minimize costs while maximizing returns.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For on Your Resume\n\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.\n1+ years of relevant experience in finance systems administration, with significant expertise in Coupa and/or Concur platforms. Experience with NetSuite and/or Stripe preferred.\nProfessional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.\nConcur Expense Administrator Certification is a plus.\nA commitment to learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions in uncertain circumstances.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nBusiness Critical Systems: Our finance systems play a vital role in driving Qualtrics' success.
