Assist in preparing journal entries, ensuring they are accurately assigned in a weekly basis.
Assist to book payments and travel expenses, petty cash refund in weekly basis.
Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of transactions. Tracing and follow up on outstanding receivables, facilitating collections.
Reconcile Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Supervising Mexican Fixed Assets transactions and capitalizations in a monthly basis.
Assist with activities in the month-end close process, including preparing reports. Analyse and perform foreign currency exchanges. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the general ledger, verifying accuracy and completeness of financial records.

University Degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field
Experience: 1 year in similar position
1 year of experience in maquiladora environment preferably
Knowledge: TRESS System, SUA, Intermediate Excel, Contpaq i and Banks
Additional Knowledge: Handling of adding machine, copier, e-mail, scanner.
