Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFA, or CMA preferred; Manufacturing Experience PreferredKnowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards coupled with internal control mindsetProficiency with financial software, ERP systems and MS Office; Preferable advanced Excel skills along with knowledge of other analytical tools helpful (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI etc) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex business processes with high level of attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work with large data setsStrong understanding of financial analysis and budgeting with financial modeling skillsStrong interpersonal skills, ability to work well across multiple functions, and willing team player; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; Strong presenterSelf-Starter and willing learner who is well organized and able to manage concurrent projectsStrong leadership and team management experience; Ability to lead and motivate a team
