In the role of the Finance Senior Manager, you will supervise a team and play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of the business through sound fundamental practices. You will be responsible for a specific business unit, division or product covering all areas of financial and management reporting, planning and analysis. In this role, you’ll experience new things, create new opportunities, think beyond your role and make an impact. To support your team, you will develop talent, drive strategic business initiatives, and review financial forecasts, variance reports, and industry drivers as part of the planning process. You will serve as a strategic business partner for leaders, leading strategic initiatives and supporting cross functional teams with high visibility and impact. Ideally, you are fully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of a product or process and can provide assistance on complex business issues.

Primary responsibilities include
Facilitate the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including analysis of key assumptions and related financial implications.Supports the business by providing financial reporting and analysis to influence business management and advises on accounting issues and the financial implications of business trends.Ensures business leadership is focusing on the most important financial outcomes and that plans are aligned with business unit and franchise strategies.Ensures the sound financial management and well controlled processes, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet reporting, and reconciliations as appropriate.Constantly scan and learn and apply new knowledge to transform core processes. Operate in an agile, flexible and adaptable manner.Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Required Qualifications3-5 years experience in financial planning, analysis, forecasting and modeling P&L and Balance Sheet behavior of Consumer Lending products (Mortgage preferred)Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-visibility stakeholder engagementExperience providing finance support for strategic business initiatives and cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Essbase, QRM, SSMS, and Tableau or similar toolsExperience forecasting and managing Mortgage Servicing Rights assetsHours & Work Schedule
