Responsibilities The Opportunity Ownership of the financial processes such as Planning/Forecasting, Reporting, Investment and Productivity related to LAF S&T central planning. The position supports LAF/HQ FP&A, Global S&T Finance and S&T teams with consolidation and analisys of S&T algorithm (HZ x-charge, Baseline, New runs, Investments) and HQ S&T Baseline. This role is part of the S&T Finance LatAm team and interacts mainly with region Finance, local Procurement, Controllership, HR, and S&T Leads (Deployment / Global Capability Leads). The purpose of this role is to work as a business partner to provide financial support and advice for decision making process. Also, this position will requires to provide continuous added value to stakeholders in order to achieve aggressive productivity targets set up by the business. Your Impact As Finance Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of Planning / Forecasting a) Finance Business Partner role for S&T Team, works closely with OU budget owners to develop, analyze and own their financials to ensure forecast accuracy and meet business objectives b) Lead and consolidate the process of the Annual Operating Plan c) Monthly forecasting, working with OU budget owners to develop their bottom up Forecast and aligning the overall roll up with LAF S&T Finance Leadership d) Prepare AOP/Forecast decks for monthly reviews with S&T and Finance leadership e) Ensure accurate and on time analysis of monthly actuals vs. forecast/plan and own delivery of monthly rolling Forecast/Outlooks through close monitoring of budget performance with focus on forecast accuracy f) Report S&T budget in TM1 with accuracy and on time, anticipating risks and opportunities to region Finance and Global S&T Finance in order to mitigate impacts g) Standardization and publication of financial dashboards for stakeholder reviews to support strategic decision making Accounting / Actuals a) Work with accounting financial team to manage the close process to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information in the systems b) Work on monthly accruals, review and provide required documentation to ensure that they are still appropriate c) Own the delivery of financial results through structured joint-effort and business partnering with assigned S&T leads and key stakeholders Other main tasks: a) Global S&T Finance point of contact for LAF S&T budget, to address adhoc queries and requirements related to financial reporting and analisys b) Drive automation and digitization processes into S&T Finance leveraging different tools and technologies c) Support initiatives that affect S&T budget: Smart Spend, Project System, Concur, etc. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? • 3-4 years experience in Finance Planning/Accounting position • Bachelor Degree in Finance or similar, Industrial Engineering or Economics • Strong understanding of reporting, accounting and control processes • Experience working exploratory data analysis including data cleaning and transformation • English - advanced level business conversations • Desired knowledge on Power Query and Power Pivot tools • SAP, Office Excel Advanced (Macros, Models, etc.) If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
