Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Process Improvements

Define, implement, and standardize the SAG process across all regional entities Ensure alignment with corporate financial policies, cost allocation principles and internal controls Monitor the established SAG process identifying gaps and ensuring corrective actions Develop best practices to improve SAG tracking, budgeting and reporting across region Collaborate with IT functions and finance team to optimize reporting structures and automation

Financial planning and analysis

Support FP&A SAG team with preparation of regional financial forecasts, budgets, month-end and quarter-end reporting ensuring accuracy in financial statements; Perform variance analysis and work closely with key stakeholders to explain deviations and apply corrections

Ad-hoc requests

Work as a business partner for the Country / Cluster teams building cross-functional collaboration to understand business operations and provide support in process improvement. Support senior management by delivering ad-hoc analysis Work closely with procurement team to ensure accurate expense recognition and proper cost allocation

 

To Join Our Team, it will require you having:

Solid finance understanding (specifically in the area of business support finance and/or factory FP&A/controlling) and overall business experience in commercial environments; At least 4 to 6 years’ experience in a relevant position with proven evidence of analytical skills with clear business acumen; Experience in working in cross-functional teams and in a matrix organization with ability to form teams; Truly business partnering role with very close collaboration with business; Strong business acumen with broad base of financial knowledge with a balanced commercial mindset; Ability to analyze data, identify issues/opportunities and propose solutions/alternatives in a pro-active manner; Effective and good communication (written and verbal) at different levels of the organization with an ability to listen effectively and articulate; Team player with a positive attitude and open mind; Hands on’ understanding of GY processes and tools to work though the financial data and communicate these in a presentable manner.
