What you'll d

Regional Blocking Office Duty:

Reviewing customer account to see if it fits unblocking criteria Managing block lift request Coordinate with Mu manager/CFO delegate on block lift request Helping RBO Lead with quarter end closing activities including sending EHF concession to Rev Rec/Controlling/AR Director/CFO Reviewing account to reduce EHF Manual POB & coordinating with R2R/Rev Rec team Reporting for blocking business 

Administrative and accounts receivables duty:

Perform admin and accounts receivable reporting tasks.

Draft and send payment plan and final demand letters for delinquent receivables. Gather documents for 3rd party collections endorsed accounts. Complete legal and compliance forms. Oversee and handle shared mailbox. Identify escalation issue root cause and direct it to point of contacts. Align with responsible team through dispute case or ticket to address customer inquiries. Process refunds as needed via SAP system. Assist in vendor forms filling and sending. Prepare forms for FedEx delivery transactions. Distribute and print checks to be coordinated with Treasury. Coordinate internally W-9, banking letters and similar documents requested by customer

Skills:

- Advance English language skills.

- Proactive and social personality. Ability to work in team.

- Detail oriented, organized and solution focus.
